Dee Laytner

Dee stepped out of the door to his hotel room with two glasses and a fresh bottle of red wine. He had waited a long, long time, according to his books, for this sort of an opportunity to happen. It was the first real chunk of time he'd had alone with Ryo that didn't involve JJ, Carol, the chief, or even worse, Dee's ultimate irritant, Bikky walking in on them and ruining the moment. Dee couldn't help but think with a grin that all the money he'd payed Bikky to decline coming on the trip with them would be worth it in the end.

He crossed the hallway to Ryo's door. Now was his chance. Ryo would be all his for the night, and nothing would get in his way. He was going to show Ryo what he was missing, and the other man was going to realize the error of his ways, and fall right for him, just like Dee wanted him to. Dee was sure of this. He knocked on Ryo's door.
